Call before sending an urgent patient.
For rapidly increasing swelling, significant infection, uncontrolled pain, acute trauma, or postoperative complications — call our urgent referral line.
Emergency
Call 911 or direct the patient to emergency care for life-threatening concerns such as severe breathing difficulty, loss of consciousness, or uncontrolled bleeding. Do not use the web form for emergencies.
Secure information exchange.
All clinical records and imaging are transferred through our encrypted provider portal. Do not send protected health information through ordinary email.
